Do my friends need to download the app? They can join via link and enter their name without the app — but downloading gives them the best experience to add expenses and view balances.

What happens if I delete the app? Your data stays safe in the cloud. Reinstall anytime and everything comes back — rooms, expenses, balances, all of it.

How does settling up work? Quickly calculates the fewest transactions needed to settle all debts. Tap Pay to open Venmo, Cash App, Zelle, or PayPal with the amount pre-filled. Confirm in Quickly and balances update for everyone.

Is my financial data safe? Quickly never connects to bank accounts or processes payments. All data is encrypted and stored securely. We never sell your data.

How do I cancel Pro? iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Quickly. Cancel anytime.

Can I use Quickly for free? Yes — unlimited expenses, up to 10 rooms, up to 20 members, and 3 receipt scans per month. Free forever. Pro is optional.

what we collect

You provide: Display name, optional email (Sign in with Apple), room names, expense data, receipt photos you attach, and feedback you submit.

Collected automatically: Anonymous device identifier for Firebase authentication, crash reports via Firebase Crashlytics, and anonymous usage analytics via Firebase Analytics.

We never collect: Bank account information, credit card numbers, government ID numbers, your contacts list (read on-device only, never uploaded), your location, or browsing history.

how we use your data

Solely to provide the Quickly service — syncing your data, enabling real-time collaboration, sending notifications you’ve enabled, and fixing bugs. We do not use your data for advertising. We do not sell your data to anyone.

data storage and security

All data is stored in Google Firebase — encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). Firebase is SOC 2 Type II compliant. Security rules ensure you can only access your own data and rooms you belong to.

anonymous accounts

Quickly works without signing in. A private anonymous account is created automatically — no personal information, tied to your device via iOS Keychain. Signing in with Apple links your account for cross-device sync.

data deletion

Deleting the app does not delete your data. To permanently delete everything: open Quickly → Profile → Delete account & data. All data is removed within 30 days. This cannot be undone.

third party services

All provided by Google Firebase: Authentication, Firestore (storage), Crashlytics (crash reports), Analytics (anonymous), and Cloud Messaging (notifications). See firebase.google.com/support/privacy.

in-app purchases

Pro subscriptions are processed entirely by Apple. Harit Enterprises LLC never sees or stores payment information. Manage or cancel at iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Quickly.

children’s privacy

Quickly is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. Contact us to request deletion if applicable.

your rights

You may access your data via PDF/CSV export, correct your name in Profile, or delete everything as described above. For requests contact support@haritenterprisesllc.com.

advertising

Free version shows contextual banner ads that do not use your personal data. Pro version is completely ad-free.

changes

We may update this policy and will notify you of significant changes in the app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

What Quickly does
Quickly is an expense tracking tool. It does not process payments or connect to bank accounts.

Your content
You own all content you create. We store it to provide the service.

Subscriptions
Quickly Pro is billed through Apple. Cancel anytime in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.

Limitation of liability
Quickly is provided as-is. We are not responsible for financial decisions made using the app.

common issues

App won’t open or keeps crashing Force close the app and reopen. If the issue persists, delete and reinstall — your data is safe in the cloud and will restore automatically.

My expenses aren’t syncing Check your internet connection. Quickly requires internet for real-time sync. Pull down to refresh on the home tab.

I can’t see a room I was invited to Make sure you joined using the same device and name. Contact the room owner to verify the invite link hasn’t expired (links expire after 7 days).

I marked a payment as paid by mistake For recurring bills you have 24 hours to undo. For other payments ask your room owner to adjust the balance.

How do I cancel my Pro subscription? iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Quickly → Cancel Subscription. You keep Pro access until the end of your billing period.

How do I delete my account? Open Quickly → Profile → scroll to bottom → Delete account & data. All data is permanently removed within 30 days.

I forgot to add an expense from the past You can add expenses with any date — tap the date field when adding an expense to set a past date.
